What we collect

We only collect information you voluntarily provide via the contact form: name, email, optional phone number, preferred home, dates, number of people and message content.

Why

The information is only used to respond to your enquiry and, if relevant, prepare an offer. It is not shared with third parties beyond what is necessary to deliver the service (e.g. email via Resend).

How long it is stored

Enquiries are stored for up to 12 months for follow-up and documentation, after which they are deleted.

Cookies / analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not set cookies and does not collect personal data.

We may also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes IP address and device information. Google may transfer data to countries outside the EEA. You can opt out of tracking by installing the Google opt-out add-on.

We use Google Search Console to monitor how the site is indexed in Google. This only retrieves aggregated data about the site — not personal data about you as a visitor.

Security

The form is protected against abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile. All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS).

Your rights

You can at any time request access, correction or deletion of information we hold about you. Send your request to kontakt@kjopsvikstay.no.
